How do I get something delivered?
Once you've found what you were looking for on our website, just add it all to your basket and go through the checkout process. All you need is a billing address and your payment details ready for Google Checkout. Google Checkout is a quick and easy way of buying from Asthma Angel and other stores across the web. If you don't have an account already, don't worry you'll just fill out a single page with your information. It is secure and convenient - here's a little video if you'd like to know more.

How will my order be despatched?
We aim to despatch all orders within 7 working days.

How will my order arrive?
All UK deliveries are sent by Royal Mail First Class. Royal Mail First Class post aims to deliver most mail by the next working day, including Saturdays. However you should allow at least two working days for delivery. It is possible to place an International order for all products except books up to a weight limit - international deliveries will take around 10 days from despatch to receipt. As deliveries vary from country to country we cannot guarantee you will receive your items by a particular day. If you require an urgent order, please contact us to arrange a bespoke delivery.

Please be advised that if you place an international order, you will be responsible for paying any customs fees through your custom office. These fees will vary per country - please check with your customs office before placing an order to check you are happy with any additional charges that may be incurred.

How much does postage and packing cost?
Postage and packing for all UK orders is a standard charge of £1.75. For orders to Europe there is a flat rate of £10 and a flat rate of £15 for the Rest of the World.
